BME Regulatory Services will provide clients through its APA with a simple way to comply with post-trade obligations related to OTC transactions, covering all instruments admitted to trade in the EU, in regulated markets as well as in Multilateral Trading Facilities (MTFs) and Organised Trading Facilities (OTFs) (equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc.)
The information will be gathered through a single-access point, standardised and validated for its dissemination to the public either in real time or applying the corresponding publication deferral required by the regulation, in a simple, automatic way.
Additionally, the APA shall be used by SIs to publish their firm quotes.
Benefits:
BME Regulatory Services will provide its clients with a dashboard, which will offer an overall view of their degree of compliance with their transparency and reporting obligations, creating an easy and integrated way to manage and supervise all aspects related to regulation compliance.
BME Regulatory Services does not set penalties to investment firms providing trade reports where incomplete or erroneous information has led to their cancellation or amendment.
